About the speaker
Sue Kazor has been with Dale Carnegie for the past 17 years and has spent time in sales, instructional and management roles. Joining the Houston team when it became a franchise in 1991 as the Office Manager, she was responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the accounting and administrative systems of the franchise. Moving into instruction, she soon became the Director of Instruction for the Houston Franchise responsible for the development of new trainers. She moved into sales and received the award for Rookies of the Year and was an award winner for six consecutive years.
As a trainer, Sue has delivered skills development to over 13,000 people while acquiring her certification in the Dale Carnegie Course, Sales, High Impact Presentations and Seminars and is a Master Trainer in 3 programs. She has had the opportunity to train people at various levels in countries including China, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Japan, Holland, Hungary and the US. This gives her a unique understanding of the cultural differences associated with developing different people from different levels and backgrounds. Some of the industries she has worked with include Chemical, Oil & Gas, Medical, Retail, Transportation, IT, and Government. Among the 250+ clients Sue has worked with are: Chevron, PetroVietnam, AeroMexico, British Airways, Solutia, Texas Children’s Hospital, Grocers Supply, Sysco Foods, US Postal Service and many more. Having received multiple awards for sales, she understands the importance of delivering quality solutions that work for clients.
Sue lives in Houston, Texas with her husband, Robert. They have enjoyed traveling for many years and have been to most of Europe, China, Singapore, Mexico, Canada and Australia.
